How do I purchase?

Step One

First, you'll need WIFI coverage in your warehouse. If you have WIFI already you're ready to move to Step Two.

Step Two

Next, you'll need Android scanners. We support both Zebra scanners (Android 5.1 and above) and Honeywell scanners (Android 9 and above).

We do have a limited number of Android scanners available, to see what's available click here.

Let us know if you would like us to quote you scanners, batteries and chargers as well.

Step Three

Decide the number of software licenses you need and which software subscription level works best for your company.

Licenses are determine by the number of scanners you need attached at the same time, not employee count. Three scanners, three licenses. Employees can share them. Call us with this information and we'll put together an official quote!

Level 1 - $325 Per Month ($350 MOM11 - $375 MOM12).

Here's what's included with Level 1 subscription:

• First User License: The first software use license is included in both.
• Lookup: Lookup information about a SKU by scanning its UPC or typing the SKU. Information shown includes: SKU, description, UPC, 'Units In Stock' (UIS), committed (COM), active warehouse bins/locations and bin quantities and 'Net On Shelf' (NOS).
• Pick: Quickly pick a single order, while being directed through the warehouse by the scanner and at the same time increasing pick accuracy though a confirmation scan of its UPC/barcode.
• Verify: Verify all SKUs are present for an order during the packing phase of fulfillment.
• Sign: Allows an employee to quickly 'sign' an order in the shipping or QC stage.
• Multi Pick: Quickly and accurately pick up to 200 orders making a single pass through the warehouse.
• Cycle Count: Scan a SKU and change its warehouse properties and values while standing in the aisles of the warehouse!
• BIN Assign: Assign warehouse locations quickly and accurately with just two scans!
• Receive: Allows an employee to receive a single PO accurately and quickly into MOM 10 using the handheld scanner.
• MOM Put Away: Saves time by directing the user through an optimized put away path for a PO or Batch received in MOM or by scanning a random group of SKUs.
• BIN Reassign: Free up warehouse locations for storage by reassigning BINs on the fly.
• Weigh: Allows you to quickly enter or change SKU weight directly from the scanner. Can enter weight manually or pull automatically from a remote scale!
• Web Console: A web control console for adding employees, running reports, managing system perameters, tracking employee productivity and more!
• Barcode Printing Software: PortaPrint, Barcode Labeler and Barcode Maker File.

Level 2 - $375 Per Month ($400 MOM11 - $425 MOM12).

Here's what's additional when you opt for the Level 2 subscription:

• Inventory Count: Aids in a complete top to bottom warehouse inventory count.
• Dimensions: Allows you to quickly enter or change SKU height, length, width and/or weight directly from the scanner. Can enter weight manually or pull automatically from a remote scale!
• Excel Count: Allows you to use the scanner to quickly scan items and counts to an Excel CSV file. Ask for details.
• QLn Print: Provides support for the portable Zebra Qln320 printer. Print SKU barcodes anywhere in the warehouse. Customer setup required, ask for details.

The monthly fee includes one software use license, periodic updates for all your licensed software and 30 minutes of monthly phone or email support (non-accumulative).

There is a one time account set-up fee of $500. This includes the RFServer.
Additional software use licenses: $40 per month per user.
Additional warehouse licenses: $50 per month per warehouse.
Additional company licenses: $50 per month per company.

Our system requires the Freestyle MOM API in order to operate. Check with your Freestyle MOM rep. to make sure you have access to the API.

** Unless otherwise stated, all equipment we provide (RFServer, access points, scanners) is reconditioned, off corporate lease and used. Most have slight cosmetic blemishes, scuffs, scrapes, etc. All have been tested and are functionally sound. 30 day warranty through Advanced Barcode Systems included.
