How do I purchase NetSuite WMS?

Step One

First, you'll need WIFI coverage in your warehouse. If you have WIFI already you're ready to move to Step Two.

Step Two

Next, you'll need Android scanners. We support both Zebra scanners (Android 5.1 and above) and Honeywell scanners (Android 9 and above).

We encourage you to purchase your own Android scanners or we do have a very limited number of Android scanners available, to see what's available click here.

Let us know if you would like us to quote you scanners, batteries and chargers as well.

Step Three

NetSuite WMS software prices start at only $600 Per Month for the first user!

Here's what's included in the NetSuite WMS software suite:

In our Netsuite WMS we don't use NS for bin tracking. All bin tracking is done by Barcoders and we can send the primary bin into a custom field in NS.

There is a one-time setup fee of $600 and this includes the RFServer; an on-site server that has it's own SQL database, this allow us to do more than the NS API allows, e.g. bin tracking.

Additional software use licenses: $40 per month. This means that if you have two licenses two scanners can connect at the same time. Employees can share the licenses.

Software updates are included for all licensed packages as long as the monthly subscription is current.

** Unless otherwise stated, all equipment we provide (RFServer, access points, scanners) is reconditioned, off corporate lease and used. Most have slight cosmetic blemishes, scuffs, scrapes, etc. All have been tested and are functionally sound. 90 day warranty through Advanced Barcode Systems included.
