We are now selling and shipping our warehouse management system for Extensiv (SKUBANA).

How do I purchase?

Step One

First, you will need WIFI coverage in your warehouse.

If you already have WIFI in your warehouse, you're all set. If not contact a local networking company and have them install.

Step Two

Next, you'll need Android scanners.

We support both Zebra scanners (Android 5.1 and above) and Honeywell scanners (Android 9 and above).

You can purchase your own (configuration needed on your end) or we do have a limited number of Android scanners available and ready to ship. To see what's available click here.

Let us know if you would like us to quote you scanners, batteries and chargers as well.

Step Three

Next, you'll need to download and install the Barcoders WMS App

(not QuickShip) from the Extensiv/SKUBANA store. When you do this Extensiv will send us an OAuth code giving our app access to manage your Extensiv warehouse data. We will also need to know the warehouse number/code you want to manage.

Final Step

Determine the number of licenses you will need.

Our software is licensed by the number of concurrent scanners you have connected. You can have all the employees you want, they share the licenses.

The Here's what's included in our monthly software fee:

$400 Per Month

Your first scanner/software user license is included.

Pick Order(s) - Allows you to pick one or more orders while being directed through the warehouse in an optimized fashion. SKU barcodes are scanned to assure the correct item is being picked and audible feedback tones are emitted if the item picked is correct or incorrect. This greatly increases the accuracy of order picking while at the same time improving efficiencies and tracking employee productivity.

Verify Order - Optionally, you can use Verify to assure the accuracy of all picked orders at the time you move SKUs from the pick box into the shipping box. Program lets you know if too many have been picked or items are missing.

Manage Item - Now you are able to use the portable scanner to assign new bin locations to a SKU, add quantity to the bin, move quantities between bins or print SKU barcodes to a WiFi or network attached barcode printer.

BIN-SKU Count - Designed by one of our SKUBANA users, allows employees to do a blind SKU count by bin. Employee scan a BIN, then a SKU, enter a quantity and if the quantity does not agree with what's in the system, they can recount or report to a supervisor.

BIN Count - Another way of cycle counting your inventory. Employees scan a BIN, all SKUs in the BIN are displayed along with the SKUBANA QOH. SKUs can be scanned or counted. This count is shown next to the QOH for comparative purposes, if the quantity does not agree with what's in the system, they can recount or report to a supervisor.

Add to Bin - For the SKUBANA e-Commerce company that does not receive stock via the traditional Purchase Order route, product quantity can be added directly to bins by enabling an employee to do so.

Remove from Bin - The complimentary program to the 'Add to Bin' program listed and described above.

Receive PO: - Allows one or more employees to receive a single PO accurately and quickly. PO is then reconciled by purchasing manager using the web application listed below.

Reconciliation: - Allows the warehouse manager to reconcile discrepancies throughout the day.

The monthly fee includes one Barcoders user license, one Ivanti Velocity license, 30 minutes of monthly support and update/enhancements to all programs as they become available.

Additional software use licenses: $50 per month per user (includes both Barcoders and Ivanti Velocity license).

Important Notes:

* There is an initial on-time setup fee of $500, which includes the RFServer: an on-site server that has it's own SQL database, allowing us to do more than the Extensiv APIs allows. Ask us for more information.

** Unless otherwise stated, all equipment we provide (RFServer, scanners) are reconditioned, off corporate lease and used. Most have slight cosmetic blemishes, scuffs, scrapes, etc. All have been tested and are functionally sound. 90 day warranty through Advanced Barcode Systems included.
